Une cellule JASMINE sera mise en place au sein du FEI pour évaluer les plans d'entreprise des IMF candidates à un financement et les aider à atteindre un niveau de qualité tant au plan de leur gouvernance que de leur gestion financière et de leur politique commerciale.
