This Order increases as from 1st March 1980 some of the fees chargeable in the Offices of the Supreme Court and the High Court, principally in the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, the Central Office and the Examiners' Office, the Official Assignee's Office and the Taxing Masters' Office.

The Journal may be purchased from the Government Publications Sale Office, G.P.O. Arcade, Dublin 1.

"The Cork District" means the area enclosed by a circle having a radium of nine miles, commencing at the Head Post Office, Oliver Plunkett Street, Cork, in the county of Cork.

Subject to the provisions of article 9 (2), a member shall cease to be a member of the Board on his being requested by the Minister to resign.

For the purposes of this Regulation, an amount determined by the Minister pursuant to Article 4 (2) (b) of the Garda Síochána Pensions Order, 1930 (inserted by Article 5 of the Garda Síochána Pensions Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 149 of 1965 ) ) shall be treated as an emolument.
