- Comment Dans le cadre des négociations à l'OMC, les mesures de soutien à l'agriculture ont été réparties entre des "boîtes" de différentes couleurs (rouge, verte, orange et bleue) selon les distorsions qu'elles produisent dans les échanges agricoles. Les trois premières obéissent au principe des feux de signalisation (mesures interdites, autorisées ou devant être réduites). La boîte verte contient les mesures autorisées parce que leurs effets de distorsion sur la production ou les échanges sont nuls ou minimes (ex. soutien à la recherche agricole). Il s'agit d'aides considérées comme totalement découplées de la production et des prix.
