La publication du mariage peut être subordonnée à l’audition des futurs époux par l’officier d’état civil (ou par d’autres personnes, art. 63, deuxième alinéa, code civil). L’opportunité de l’audition est laissée à l’appréciation de l’officier d’état civil, qui peut ne pas y procéder en cas d’impossibilité ou s’il estime que cette audition n’est pas nécessaire (absence de risque de défaut ou de vice du consentement).

    Comment Somit trägt der Anhörungsbeauftragte zur Objektivität der Anhörung selbst, zur Beachtung von Fairnessgarantien, zur Wahrung des Rechts der Parteien auf rechtliches Gehör und zur Objektivität der späteren Entscheidung bei.
