    Nóta Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux et le financement du terrorisme, une autorité non LBC-FT est:a) une autorité compétente au sens de l’article 4, paragraphe 1, point 40) du règlement (UE) nº 575/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil 50 ;b) la Banque centrale européenne, lorsqu’elle s’acquitte des missions que lui confie le règlement (UE) nº 1024/2013 du Conseil;c) une autorité de résolution désignée conformément à l’article 3 de la directive 2014/59/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil; d) une autorité désignée pour un système de garantie des dépôts (SGD) au sens de l’article 2, paragraphe 1, point 18), de la directive 2014/49/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil.
